Join Western Washington University’s Career Services Center (CSC) team, where our mission is to empower students and alumni to explore, connect, and create their future. As a Career Counselor, you will assist a diverse population of students and alumni from all majors and in all stages of the career development process. You’ll be part of a dynamic, growing team dedicated to helping students and alumni navigate their career journey, from self-assessment to job search strategies. 

In this role, you'll work one-on-one with students and alumni as they explore majors, gain experience, identify post-graduation opportunities, develop goals, and work toward achieving them. You'll collaborate with colleagues and campus partners to deliver tailored workshops, participate in career fairs, and work creatively to support students and alumni in creating their future.
