The Northwest WCDA chapter aims to connect local career professionals from higher education, K-12 schools, government organizations, and local businesses and non-profits in Whatcom and Skagit Counties. The chapter was officially approved by the WCDA Executive Board with a unanimous vote at their March 27, 2020 board meeting.
