Conference Fees

Registration
  • $50 PSCDA members
  • $90 Nonmembers
  • $60 Unemployed registrants
  • $60 Students
  • $75 Group rate (cost per person, three or more attendees from one organization)
Cost includes continental breakfast (pastries, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, juice) and an afternoon snack.

Registering at the door? Add $10 to your registration fee.
NOTE: When registering, if you prefer to pay by check please select the "manual" payment option. You may then bring your check for the total amount to the conference or mail it to PSCDA before the conference. If you mail your check, please also include the full names of all conference attendees the check payment is intended for. Be sure to also read the cancellation policy below. Thank you.

Lunch
Attendees are welcome to bring their own lunches. You may also purchase a box lunch by Pacific Northwest Catering for an additional $12. Box lunch choices:
  • Northwest Turkey Sandwich: Thinly sliced turkey breast layered on a multi-grain bread with Swiss cheese and cranberry-pecan cream cheese
  • Chicken Pesto Sandwich: Chicken breast with pesto spread, mozzarella cheese, spring mix, and roasted peppers on foccacia roll
  • Roasted Vegetables on Ciabatta: Herb seasoned zucchini, portabella mushrooms, roasted red peppers, lettuce, and tomato with pesto mayo on ciabatta roll
  • Greek Salad: Mixed greens topped with Greek olives, feta cheese, diced cucumber, red onions, artichoke hearts, tomato, marinated pepper and lemon vinaigrette
Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
CEUs are available for the annual conference (free for PSCDA members, $10 for nonmembers). You must request this option when you register.

Cancellation Policy

The ticket cancellation fee is $20. If you must cancel your registration, you may request a refund minus the $20 fee up to May 21. After this date, no refunds will be issued. You can, however, make a substitution, giving your registration to someone else. “No-shows” will be charged the full workshop price.
