About the Workshop Facilitator:

Sandi Brabb

 With a distinguished career spanning several decades, Sandi has significantly impacted career services and student professional development in higher education. She holds a BA, Magna Cum Laude, in Communications from California State University, Fullerton, an MBA from Washington State University (WSU), and is a certified Dependable Strengths Facilitator.

Sandi is the Director of the Internships & Career Services Office at the Voiland College of Engineering and Architecture at WSU. She developed the office that serves over 5,000 students across five campuses, building over 1,100 employer relationships and achieving a 74% placement rate for graduates. Her ProPEL Internship Program, which integrates academic credit and experiential learning, boasts a 60% conversion rate to full-time employment.

Previously, as Founding Director of Student Services at The Edward R. Murrow College of Communication, Sandi led successful recruitment and retention initiatives. Her extensive experience also includes roles at WSU’s College of Veterinary Medicine, where she directed academic programs and student services, significantly growing the undergraduate neuroscience program.

Recognized with numerous awards, including the WSU President’s Employee Excellence Award, Sandi is dedicated to enhancing student experiences, fostering professional development, and driving career readiness through innovative leadership and strategic planning.

Registration Fee:

  • If you are a WCDA member, there is no charge to attend the webinar (courtesy of the East Chapter of WCDA).
  • If you are not a WCDA member, but live AND/OR work inside the state of Washington, there is a $25 registration fee.
  • If you live and work outside of Washington state, there is a $35 registration fee.
